We maintain our national client relationships and activities in the Nordic Region through the following five subsidiaries (AB):
Dalkia Energy and Building Services
Swedish subsidiary involved in energy and technical facility management for buildings through an integrated offering to hospitals, public and commercial sector. Was previously named Dalkia Facilities Management.
Dalkia Energy and Industrial Services
Swedish subsidiary involved in energy - and technical services to industrial customers in a wide portfolio of services. Was previously named Dalkia Industry Partner.
Dalkia Norway
Norwegian subsidiary that operates in the field of energy supply as well as ancillary energy and technical services for industrial customers.
Dalkia OPAK
Norwegian subsidiary that operates in the field of energy and multi-technical solutions for large properties. Dalkia delivers integrated services to hospitals, the public sector, commerce and offices.
STEP
Dalkia's Finnish energy subsidiary supplying energy and support services to industrial customers in the Harjavalta Industrial Estate through a joint venture with Pori Energia.
