We work with training programmes on a national and an international level to make sure that our employees have the right competence. Our courses support raising competence levels in all our areas of competence and to supplement the individual's competence. Dalkia Academy is our training platform in the Nordic region, guaranteeing that we maintain the right focus and a high level in our courses.
We also send our employees on international training courses, under the Group's auspices to global training programmes at Veolia Campus. Veolia Campus provides courses and programmes to satisfy the Group's global competence requirements, and is located on the edge of Paris. Veolia Environnement provides managerial programmes and courses.
