Dalkia has been assigned the mission to optimize energy consumption in several of National Property Board's buildings on the west coast, including Varberg Fortress which was built in the 1300 century and Carlsten Fortress in Marstrand from the 1700 century.
In the assignment, which extends until 2014-04-30, is also historically important buildings in Lysekil, Vänersborg, Gothenburg and Halmstad included. In total, 14 properties on just over 61,000 square meters. Dalkia won the assignment because of a financially beneficial tender which fulfilled the qualification requirements.
- We are very excited about the mission and the customers´ confidence to energy optimize these valuable buildings. National Property Board's environmental goals for the contract are to reduce energy consumption by at least 5 percent per year during the contract period.
